Devonia Business Park is adjacent to Hwy 16 just 5.5 Km west of Lloydminster at RR20. Hwy 16 is a high load corridor with most power lines underground.

 

RR20 is the main paved north/south access west of Lloydminster. It then connects to paved Twp roads 494 and 502, which run east back to Lloydminster Hwy 17.   

 

RR20 also connects with secondary Hwy 619. Devonia Business Park has three thru access roads running between RR20 and RR15 consisting of: Hwy 16 Frontage Service road, Willoughby Street, and Miller Street, all high grade 11 meter roads. These roads are controlled and maintained by the County of Vermilion River and can access Hwy 16 from either RR20 or RR15. Easy flow to and from Lloydminster. Five minutes to tool suppliers,restaurants, airport, shopping, gas stations, banks and big box stores (no traffic congestion).

 

Our location is ideal as we sit between the current Hwy 16 and the future proposed Lloydminster Bypass. Some lots have RR20 and future bypass frontage. As well, Devonia Business Park sits south of Hwy 16, therefore no annoying railroad track crossing. Being south of Highway 16, and most trips being to Lloydminster, results in an increased safety factor.
